Global Health Partner sells property in Nacka
Global Health Partner has entered into an agreement regarding sale of the property Sicklaön 361:1 inNacka. The sale will be made through the divestment of shares and the purchase sum is based on a property value of SEK 29 million. The new owner takes possession of the property during September 2012.
One of Global Health Partner’s clinics within Service Line Dental, Specialistkliniken för Dentala Implantat (The Specialist Clinic for Dental Implants), is the principal tenant of the property. The clinic will continue to be a tenant of the property.
“The aim of the sale is to release restricted capital for use in the Group’s core business, highly specialized hospital care”, comments Marianne Dicander Alexandersson, CEO of Global Health Partner.
