On September 27, 2010 Global Health Partner acquired shares in Stockholm Gastro Center, a specialist clinic in the field of medical gastroenterology and endoscopy located in Sophiahemmet in Stockholm. 190,476 shares were issued on December 17, 2010 in part payment to the sellers of the clinic. This means that the number of shares in Global Health Partner has increased from 65,546,238 to 65,736,714. The quota value is SEK 1 and the share capital has thus increased to SEK 65,736,714.
