Airblast Ltd Supply Mabey Bridge Wind Turbine Tower Factory

Surface preparation and finishing firm Airblast Ltd are pleased to announce that they were key suppliers for Mabey Bridge's new state-of-the-art wind turbine tower factory in Chepstow, South Wales, as part of its £38 million investment in the renewable energy sector.

Airblast Ltd provided over 1.75 million worth of its machinery to the factory consisting of 1 Blast Booth with a full recovery floor for 4 operators, 2 Spray Booths with cure cycle, 1 Spray Booth with cure cycle and Zinc spraying capability and Wiwa Paint application Equipment.

Airblast Ltd Managing Director Commented: “We were absolutely delighted to be involved with such a significant project which will mean this country need no longer import wind turbines from abroad, now they have the option to choose British industry suppliers”.
