New Oil Condition Monitoring Sensor
Gearbox and transmission condition monitoring has been made simple, quick and cost-effective through the introduction of Gill’s Condition Monitoring Sensor. Using inductive technology combined with high-power magnets, the sensor collects and measures ferrous debris in oil providing a real-time insight into machinery health. Furthermore, with the ability to monitor water in oil contamination, oil presence within gearboxes and transmissions plus a local LED display, users can benefit from the earliest possible warning sign to reduce system downtime, catastrophic failure and expensive associated costs.
Liquid Level Sensors
The Industrial Liquid Level Sensor offers reliable liquid level measurement in all common industrial fluid types. With a stainless-steel construction and capacitive technology, the sensor removes some of the most common causes of sensor inaccuracy allowing the sensor to continually perform in demanding industrial environments. Other product benefits include 0-10V configurable analogue output, SAE 5-bolt flange and 1⅛” UNF threaded mounting and a -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
Induction Position Sensors
The Blade range of position sensors are solid-state, fully sealed and suited to repetitive measurements in environments including high/low temperature, thermal shock, vibration, shock, dust, grime, salt spray and pressure washing. The sensors provide real-time monitoring of linear, angular, rotary and non-uniform measurements across a range of measurement zones.
