 CONVEYANCE OF KYRO CORPORATION’S OWN SHARES
 
 Kyro Corporation has conveyed 83,340 of the company’s own shares
 based on the authorisation given by Kyro Corporation’s Annual
 General Meeting, held on 19 March 2003. The conveyed shares have
 been used as a consideration in the last instalment of the
 acquisition price in the acquisition of Uniglass Engineering Oy on
 19 April 2002. The valuation of the conveyed shares is EUR 7.20 per
 share based on the mutual agreement of the both parties to the
 acquisition. The conveyed shares amount to 0.2 % of all Kyro shares.
