 CONVEYANCE OF KYRO CORPORATION’S OWN SHARES
 
 Kyro Corporation has conveyed the company’s own shares as partial
 consideration in a business acquisition, where Kyro Corporation,
 purchases all the shares of Z. Bavelloni Immobiliare S.p.A.
 
 The conveyance is based on the authorisation given by Kyro
 Corporation’s Annual General Meeting, held on 20 March 2002. A
 separate stock exchange release concerning the acquisition has been
 issued as of this date.
 
 The valuation of the conveyed shares is 5.97 euros per share based
 on the acquisition agreement being the share price under the day of
 signing. The conveyed shares amount to 3.0 % of all Kyro shares.
