 CONVEYANCE OF KYRO CORPORATION’S OWN SHARES
 
 Kyro Corporation has conveyed the company’s own shares as partial
 consideration in a business acquisition, where the subsidiary of
 Kyro Corporation, Tamglass Ltd. Oy, purchases 70 % of the shares of
 Suomen Lämpölasi Oy.
 
 The conveyance is based on the authorisation given by Kyro
 Corporation’s Annual General Meeting, held on 20 March 2002. A
 separate stock exchange release concerning the acquisition has been
 issued as of this date.
 
 The valuation of the conveyed shares in accordance with the
 acquisition agreement is based on the average trading price during
 22.12.2002 – 3.1.2003. The conveyed shares amount to x.x % of all
 Kyro shares.
