Glaston receives order for new CBRC Series tempering line from North America

Glaston has received an order for the new CBRC Series flat tempering line to one of the biggest window and door manufacturers in the USA. As an addition to Glaston’s RC Series, the new CBRC Series tempering machine is advanced technology of Glaston’s renowned CBHF (Continuous Batch Horizontal Furnace) tempering furnace model and can be operated both in continuous and batch mode. This enables customers with high capacity needs to flexibly produce high quality glasses from 3 mm up to 19 mm with the same machine.

The order was booked in Glaston’s Q2/2018 order book. The new tempering line is manufactured in Tampere, Finland. Delivery of the line is planned to December 2018.
