Kyro Corporation has received on 16 May, 2005 from Oy G.W. Sohlberg Ab and GWS
Trade Oy a notification in compliance with Chapter 2 Section 9 of the Finnish
Securities Market Act according to which GWS Group's ownership share of votes and
share capital in Kyro Corporation has risen above 25%.
