HARRI KARJALAINEN APPOINTED KYRO’S CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Harri Karjalainen, 38, has been appointed Kyro Group’s Chief Information Officer, starting 
from 1 March, 2006. The task of the new CIO if to develop and unite the information management 
operation models of the very internationally operating group. 

Karjalainen joins the Kyro Group from the paper industry, where he has worked for a total 
of 12 years, most recently in an IT development and management position with paper 
industry group Myllykoski. 

- Developing knowledge management and information systems is a relevant part of continuous 
improvement of technology group Kyro’s competitivity and profitability, says President & CEO 
of Kyro Group, Pentti Yliheljo.
