KYRO CORPORATION´S FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2006

Kyro Corporation will release its Financial Statement for 2005 on Wednesday,

8 February, 2006.

During 2006, the corporation will issue three Interim Reports as follows:

Wednesday 10 May, 2006 Interim Report January-March 2006
Wednesday 16 August, 2006 Interim Report January-June 2006
Wednesday 8 November, 2006 Interim Report January-September 2006

Kyro´s financial information is published simultaneously in Finnish, Swedish

and English.

The printed Annual Report will be posted to shareholders on week 10, when the
online version will also be published on the internet at www.kyro.fi.

Kyro´s Annual General Meeting will be held in Helsinki on Thursday 16 March,
2006.
