PAOLO SANDRI APPOINTED AS MANAGING DIRECTOR OF Z. BAVELLONI

A significant appointment has been made in the management of Kyro Group's main
business area, Glaston Technologies.

As of 2 January, 2006, Paolo Sandri, 47, MSc (Eng.), has been appointed as
Managing Director of Z. Bavelloni, a part of Glaston Technologies. Z. Bavelloni
is the world's leading glass pre-processing machinery supplier.

Sandri joins the Kyro Group from the automotive industry since 1987. He has held
management positions in production, product development as well as after sales
and service operations of the Fiat Group and its partner companies.
- Sandri´s experience of these areas essential to Bavelloni is a good starting
point for continuing profitable growth and innovative development, comments the
President & CEO of the Kyro Group and Glaston Technologies, Pentti Yliheljo.

Z. Bavelloni´s long-standing Managing Director Dino Bavelloni will retire at year-
end and continue as a member of the Z. Bavelloni Board.

Paolo Sandri will report to Pentti Yliheljo.
