Counter-Strike Superstars SpawN & Devilwalk - Coaches of GAMERZ Season 2

GAMERZ, the world’s first LIVE reality series on esports, announce today the coaches for the second season. The two teams in GAMERZ Season 2 will be led by Abdisamad “SpawN” Mohamed and Jonatan “Devilwalk” Lundberg.

SpawN, the former Counter-Strike 1.6 legend, returns to GAMERZ Season 2 after coaching his team to victory in the first season. This time he is challenged by Devilwalk, winner of the first ever CS:GO Major and former FNATIC CS:GO player. SpawN and Devilwalk are tasked with creating the best team possible in only 20 days using Europe’s most promising Counter-Strike talents.

- I couldn’t be more excited to announce these two coaches! It’s great to have SpawN back, he already proved his skills during Season 1 leading his team to victory, says Robert Jönsson, Executive Producer of GAMERZ.

- However, I know Devilwalk steps into the series with huge confidence and will do anything to show who’s the new boss in the GAMERZ House. I´m looking forward to insane battles and nerve-wracking matches between these two giants!, says Jönsson.

Set to premiere on March 5th, GAMERZ lets 12 talents compete live in the GAMERZ House to achieve their dream of becoming an esports pro. Throughout the season, the players in Team Blue and Team Red will compete during 20 consecutive days to stay in the series. Ultimately, the winning team gets the opportunity to join world-leading esports organization FNATIC Academy.

The series will be hosted by beloved esports personality Pala “Mantrousse” Gilroy Sen. In the studio, he is accompanied by experts James Banks and Steffen “3k2” Markussen. John “Blu” Mullen and Conner “ScrawnyCG” Girvan will commentate the intense matches every night. This season is being livestreamed on Microsoft’s live game streaming service Mixer.
