GIPS Announces Settlement agreement and Mutual Release with Deltathree

San Francisco — July 1, 2008 — Global IP Solutions (GIPS) announced today that it has resolved its civil complaint filed against Deltathree in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleging breach of its license agreement and seeking back due royalties and costs. In settlement of the complaint GIPS has received payment from Deltathree and has dismissed the action with prejudice. As part of the settlement, Deltathree denied liability.
