GIPS Signs Agreement with EMEA-based Company

San Francisco — July 15 2008 — Global IP Solutions (GIPS) announced today that it has signed an agreement with a leading provider of network convergence solutions for telecom operators.

The licensing agreement between GIPS and the customer includes platform fees, support fees and royalty payments.
