Global IP Solutions (GIPS) Holding AB expects first day of trading on Oslo Børs to be July 22

San Francisco — July 18, 2008 —Global IP Solutions previously announced on June 20 that the Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit the shares in Global IP Solutions (“GIPS”) Holding AB to a listing on Oslo Børs. Provided that all listing requirements are fulfilled, GIPS expects the first day of trading on Oslo Børs to be July 22, 2008.
