Legalsoft Enters into a License Agreement with GIPS

San Francisco — July 9, 2008 — Global IP Solutions (GIPS) announced today that it has signed an agreement with Legalsoft a Brazilian corporation. Legalsoft is a part of the Grupo Itamarati family of companies.

The licensing agreement includes platform fees and royalty payments.
