netBridge Enters into a License Agreement with GIPS

San Francisco — July 9, 2008 — Global IP Solutions (GIPS) announced today that it has signed an agreement with netBridge, a Russian corporation.

The licensing agreement includes platform fees, support fees and royalty payments.
