PCCW-HKT Telephone Ltd selects GIPS

San Francisco — June 25, 2008 — Global IP Solutions (GIPS) announced today that it has signed an agreement with PCCW-HKT Telephone Ltd.

PCCW is the largest and most comprehensive provider of communications services in Hong Kong and one of Asia's leading players in Information and Communications Technologies (ICT).

The licensing agreement includes platform fees, support fees and royalty payments.
