Global PMI Partners advises Sinch in the Acquisition Integration of SAP Digital Interconnec
Global PMI Partners, an international consultancy specializing in M&A, acquisition integration and carve-outs, advises Sinch (publ), a leading cloud communications platform company, in the carve-out and acquisition integration of SAP Digital Interconnect.
On May 7th, 2020 Sinch acquired SAP Digital Interconnect (SDI) from SAP. Global PMI Partners advised Sinch during the carve-out, led the Carve-out Management Office, and provided an executive to act as interim VP Integration supporting comprehensive carve-out and integration activity across the combined company’s global footprint.
Sinch engaged Global PMI Partners in [May 2020] after signing a definitive agreement to purchase SAP Digital Interconnect. Recognizing the complexity inherent in carve-out and acquisition integration of this scope, Sinch was looking for a carve-out/acquisition integration consultancy to advise the integration and also provide an interim vice president of Integration. The end result was an on-time delivery of a complex project with limited time and resources.
