GlobalConnect Group announces changes to management team and organization, to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
The Pan-Nordic digital infrastructure and network provider GlobalConnect Group today announced a strategic update to its organization, elevating its focus on creating an industry leading customer experience and speed-to-market for new products and services, while strengthening operational efficiency across the organization.
The update includes Yan Zheng joining the Executive Leadership team as Director of Digital Solutions, starting October 1. She is currently the SVP of Value-added Services, Emerging Product and Product M&A at NETS. Previous roles include SVP of Core Products and Transformation at NETS and Junior partner at McKinsey. The previous Director of Digital Solutions, Anders Kuhn Saaby, will take on the role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

I hope my experience with creating commercially viable B2B products, combined with my strategic thinking, will further refine the existing and strong product offering, while also looking ahead, catering to our customer’s connectivity needs tomorrow,” says Yan Zheng.
Also, Jacob Zentio Larsen, Head of IT is moving into GlobalConnect Group’s top management, taking on the role as CIO, as IT will be further prioritized to enable fully integrated connectivity services to the organization’s customers across Northern Europe.
Group CEO Martin Lippert says that he is thrilled to announce the updated organization as GlobalConnect Group enters a new phase in its growth journey.

Yan brings a unique experience and skillset, vital to our future success, driving product development with a commercial and customer centric approach,” he says and adds:
“Anders brings a strategic and a deep understanding of our business into his new role as CTO, while Jacob’s know-how and transformational mindset will ensure that our IT department keeps being a fundamental enabler for all business units across our organization.”
After three years with GlobalConnect Group, Carsten Bryder, Director of Operations, IT and Network, will leave GlobalConnect and take on new challenges outside the organization.
