About the Founder:
David Libman is the Founder and Chief Executive of Globerex. Prior to creating Globerex David spent 7 years at Fieldstone Properties LLC, a private real estate investment firm based in the New York City area. While at FSP, David was the Director of the acquisitions team where he led the firm in the purchase of nearly $700 million in commercial property partially financed with institutional equity capital. In his acquisitions role, David became acutely aware of the need in the market for a technical solution to connect sponsors seeking equity and investors providing equity. David’s acute knowledge of the real estate industry coupled with his solid technical background enabled him to confidently mold his insights into what is now known as Globerex.
Prior to his real estate career David was a software consultant for Pegasystems, a leading CRM provider (NYSE: PEGA) and director of business development at Chat-Over IP, an Internet start-up precursor to web meetings in 1999. David earned his undergraduate degree in engineering from Tulane University and received his masters in real estate finance from New York University.
