Glocalnet prepares for its stock market flotation: Glocalnet's Share Finds a "New" Home Stockholm, Sweden-March 3, 2000 - Glocalnet has reached an agreement with pan-Nordic bank MNB Maizels/Nordbanken to quote Glocalnet's share on OM Stockholm Exchange's unlisted securities market Nya Marknaden (The New Market). This market is operated by OM Stockholm Exchange and forms part of the Exchange's regular trading system, but is not subject to Exchange monitoring. Instead, responsibility for monitoring the companies' communications, and trading itself, lies with sponsors, themselves Exchange members. MNB Maizels/Nordbanken, which is Glocalnet's corporate adviser, will act as sponsor of the Glocalnet share while on this "new" market. Glocalnet shares will be traded from March 8 onwards (on this market, securities are sorted by sponsor). Unofficial trading via Swedish Aragon will simultaneously cease. Glocalnet's CEO, Stefan Krook, said "our ambition has consistently been to make information about Glocalnet easily accessible to our small shareholders, to share savers and the general public. Ahead of our O-list flotation, we want to make participating in trading and tracking our share price even easier for these groups. Hence our decision to move unofficial trading to this new market." Glocalnet AB, quoted on Aragon Fondkommission's Reuters page, is a next- generation telco. Glocalnet markets its services in close collaboration with local market partners including Birka Energi and Bredbandsbolaget. Glocalnet is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. ------------------------------------------------------------ Please visit http://www.bit.se for further information The following files are available for download: http://www.bit.se/bitonline/2000/03/03/20000303BIT00380/bit0001.doc http://www.bit.se/bitonline/2000/03/03/20000303BIT00380/bit0002.pdf
