Mr. Jan Prising New Member of the Board of Glocalnet Stockholm, Sweden-August 9, 1999 - Mr. Jan Prising was elected as a new Member of the Board at an Extraordinary Shareholders meeting held today. Mr. Jan Prising is a member of the Executive Board for one of Europe's largest equity funds, Compass Partners, and is a strategic advisor for Compass Partners International Strategic Advisory in London and New York. He has previously been President of Whirlpool Europe and the Saba Group, as well as a member of the Management Team of the Ratos and Electrolux Groups. Since 1992, he has worked as an advisor to a large number of international companies and equity funds. He is also active as a private investor in different emerging companies in Europe.
