Swiss Online to offer IP telephony in co-operation with Glocalnet Glocalnet announced today that it is co-operating with Swiss Online to offer telephony services in Switzerland. The service was launched at Orbit trade show in Basel, Switzerland. Initially, Swiss Online, Switzerland's largest Internet Service Provider (ISP), offers pre-paid calling cards that enable customers to make both national and international phone calls. Swiss Online teamed up with Glocalnet, a European leader in Voice-over-IP telecommunications services. Glocalnet ensures global connectivity through its own Points of Presence in eight European countries and through agreements with other operators.
