Godminster Launch New Look Website
Godminster are pleased to announce that their new look website is now live.
The site www.godminster.com is on a new domain name with a brand new design and increased functionality.
The old website was hard for Godminster to manage and a bit frustrating for users. Although products could be sold through the site, sales weren’t as good as they could be. The design didn’t really reflect the product.
“We needed a new look that was more in tune with our brand identity” says Jessica Kimber-Holloway, General Manager at Godminster.
Giant Peach designed the new site and they were briefed with creating something that showed our organic heritage.
“The look they came up with reflected a natural feel and was influenced by our cardboard packaging which they used as a background. Our lovely cheese, flavoured vodka and other food and drink products are shown off to their full advantage and because the site is CMS, we have full control over it. Customers now have a much better user-experience and our sales have improved as a result,” says Jessica.
A blog was also added to keep everyone up to date about our products and what’s happening on the Godminster Farm.
With the new site now live we are expecting a busier than ever Christmas. Food and drink gifts featuring our well loved organic cheddar cheese hearts are now very easy to buy online – our customers can quickly find what they want on the site and make a purchase, safe in the knowledge that their payment is secure.
