GoldBlue publishes a prospectus and invites to investor meetings
On 8 May, 2019, the Board of GoldBlue AB (publ) (“GoldBlue” or the “Company”) decided, subject to approval by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 7 June, 2019, to increase the Company's share capital by a maximum of SEK 9,484,249.95 through an issue of a maximum of 105,380,555 shares with preferential rights for the Company's shareholders (the “Rights issue”). Upon full subscription in the Rights issue, GoldBlue will receive approximately SEK 16.9 million before issue costs. The Rights issue is secured by subscription and underwriting commitments amounting to approximately SEK 14.3 million, corresponding to 85 per cent of the Rights issue.
Publication of the prospectus
Due to the Rights issue, the Board of GoldBlue has prepared a prospectus in Swedish which today, on 14 June 2019, was approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and subsequently published by the Company. The prospectus is available on the Company's website (www.goldblue.eu) and on Aktieinvest FK AB's website (www.aktieinvest.se). The prospectus will also be available on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website (www.fi.se).
Subscription forms will be available from 17 June, 2019 on the Company's website (www.goldblue.eu) and on Aktieinvest FK AB's website (www.aktieinvest.se).

Investor meetings
Due to the Rights issue, the Chairman of the Board Rune Löderup, will present the Company's operations and future plans on 19 June at 17:30 (snacks are served on this meeting) and on 27 June at 10:00 at Augment Partners AB on Birger Jarlsgatan 2 in Stockholm (Kontoret Nybroviken). Registration for the meetings at Augment Partners AB must be made via e-mail to info@augment.se no later than 18:00 the day before the meetings. Please note that the number of seats are limited.
