Golden Heights Aktiebolag (publ) – purchase of notes by subsidiary

Golden Heights Aktiebolag (publ) (the “Issuer”/”Golden Heights”) hereby announces that Iduna AB (the ”Subsidiary”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Issuer, has acquired 22 senior secured notes with ISIN SE0017105711, issued by the Issuer in 2021 (the ”Notes”), corresponding to a nominal amount of SEK 27 500 000 (the ”Purchase”). Following the Purchase, the aggregate nominal amount of Notes held by the Golden Height’s group of companies is SEK 27 500 000, representing eight (8) percent of the total nominal amount of the Notes.

The Subsidiary has liquid assets in excess of its operating needs and the Purchase was made to improve the return on its cash resources.
