Golden Heights Aktiebolag (Publ) publishes notes prospectus and applies for listing of its notes on Nasdaq Stockholm

On 14 December 2021, Golden Heights AB (publ) (”Golden Heights”) issued SEK 340 million of three year floating rate Notes, within a framework amount of SEK 600 million. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, Golden Heights has applied for listing of the Notes on Nasdaq Stockholm’s corporate bond list and prepared a prospectus for the listing.

The prospectus was approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 9 February 2022. The Notes are expected to be listed for trading on or around 11 February 2022. The prospectus will be available at Golden Heights’ website, www.iduna.se, and on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website, www.fi.se.

The publication of the prospectus or the application for listing of the notes on Nasdaq Stockholm do not contain or constitute an offer to subscribe for or acquire notes but are a consequence of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes.
