Partial redemption of Golden Heights Aktiebolag (Publ) Notes ISIN: SE0010599498 (the "Notes")

The partial redemption of the Notes according to Clause 10.4.1 of the Terms and Conditions for the Notes, which is due for payment on 31 March 2020, will, because of technical and administrative error, be paid, together with default interest, to each Noteholder on 2 April 2020. To be eligible for payment, you must be a noteholder on 24 March 2020.

The nominal amount of each Note will, after the partial redemption, be reduced with 5%. The nominal amount of each Note will after the partial redemption on 2 April 2020 amount to SEK 1,187,500. The reduced nominal amount per Note will, however, for technical and administrative reasons, not be registered in Euroclear’s systems until 15 April 2020 at the latest.
