GomSpace elevates leadership with Henrik Kalstrup as Vice President, Product Business Unit
Effective March 1, 2024, GomSpace is strengthening its leadership by appointing Henrik Kalstrup as Vice President of the Product Business Unit. Henrik has 20 years of experience from Cobham SATCOM and is based in Aalborg.
As earlier announced, a strategic focus for GomSpace is enhancing the product business. In 2024, the goal is to outperform the 2023 product order intake globally, with a specific emphasis on solidifying the Product business as a substantial contributor to company profitability.
In a move to strengthen the corporate leadership and emphasize the development of the product business, GomSpace has appointed Henrik Kalstrup as the Vice President for its Product Business Unit. With two decades of experience at Cobham SATCOM, Henrik Kalstrup most recently held the position of "Director of the Critical Communications Global Agile Team," concentrating on product management and product creation.

Holding an Executive MBA and a Master's in Management of Technology, Henrik is recognized for determination, boldness, and collaboration. His leadership at Cobham SATCOM, Thrane & Thrane A/S, and Eurocom Industries showcased global team leadership, innovation, and adept handling of challenges. Recent achievements include creating Cobham’s first Managed Service platform and establishing a global Product Management team, reinforcing his reputation as a results-driven leader in technology and communications.
