GomSpace enters a delivery agreement with Spacety Co., Ltd.

GomSpace ApS (”GomSpace”) a subsidiary of GS Sweden AB (publ) (the ”Company”) has entered an agreement with Spacety Co., Ltd. (changsha). Spacety is the first Chinese commercial company to develop and deliver nano-satellite services. GomSpace will deliver the main components for a number of satellites, that in the coming years will grow to a small constellation of satellites. The order value of this initial agreement is between 150,000 EUR to 200,000 EUR and will be delivered this year. Spacety’s satellties will be launched by the end of 2017.
