GomSpace establishes new Danish subsidiary to facilitate satellite launches

On November 11, 2016 GS Sweden AB (the “Company” or “GomSpace”) has registered a new Danish subsidiary - GomSpace Orbital ApS.

The object of GomSpace Orbital ApS (“Orbital”) is to develop projects and establish partnerships to help facilitate access to launch services to all GomSpace customers within the group. The establishment of the new Danish subsidiary does not entail any direct costs for the Company other than contribution of the share capital. Orbital is expected to contribute to the turnover and results of operations of GomSpace on a long term basis.

Orbital will have operational offices in Uppsala, Sweden and in Aalborg, Denmark. The official registered address will be in Aalborg, Denmark.
