Goodyear Dunlop UK has been recognised for the third consecutive year by Top Employers UK
Following extensive independent assessment and audit, the Top Employers Institute awards its certification to companies it believes “create excellence in the conditions for their employees”.
In addition to the certification received for our country, Goodyear is also certified as a Top Employer Europe. The European accolade builds on the success achieved in 12 of our country organisations within EMEA.
To receive the Europe award, companies must achieve the outstanding position of being certified as one of the Top Employers in at least five countries within Europe. We are proud to confirm that Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom have all been certified as Top Employers 2015.
The focus of the Institute’s assessment is closely aligned to our Top Talent and Team philosophy and our Common Goal to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best team of associates. We are pleased that the Institute recognises the strength and consistency of Goodyear’s approach to Talent Strategy, Performance Management, Career & Succession Management and Learning & Development.
