April 27, 2015 -- Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, G–1 Army, Roy Wallace has been confirmed as the featured keynote at the 12th Annual Government Analytics Forum: Driving Mission Outcomes with Informed Decisions hosted by IBM on May 5, 2015. Held for federal professionals, the forum will foster discussion around the extraction of actionable information from vast data repositories.
Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff Roy Wallace, who will deliver the keynote from 9:30am-10:15am, speaks from an extensive background conducting strategic-level manpower and personnel management operations at Headquarters, Department of the Army. Mr. Wallace helps shape policies, programs and enterprise-level resources which impact more than 1M service members and more than 248,000 civilian employees. The Army’s $52B manpower program is the largest appropriation in the department’s budget
