Gränges acquires utilities infrastructure in Finspång

Gränges has today agreed to acquire all the utilities infrastructure from Jernbro on its industrial premises in Finspång to ensure a safe, reliable and long-term energy and utilities supply.

The acquisition, which amounts to SEK 93 million, will have a cash flow effect in the second quarter of 2019, but little to no impact on the profit.

In addition, the parties agreed to new operation and maintenance agreements, which are expected to have positive impact on the profit over time.
