Gränges has signed a new SEK 1,800 million Multi-Currency Revolving Credit Facility
Gränges AB has ahead of the listing of the company’s shares on the Nasdaq Stockholm Stock Exchange signed a new SEK 1,800 million multi-currency revolving credit facility. The facility which was signed on 20 August 2014 has a term of five years and will be used for general corporate purposes.
The facility was provided with equal shares by Mandated Lead Arrangers and Lenders Handelsbanken (acted as Documentation Agent) and SEB.
