Gränges' Board of Directors opens up for possibility of buy-back of shares Today the Board of Directors of Gränges AB decided to propose the Annual General Meeting of Gränges AB to give the Board of Directors authorisation to implement a buy-back programme for shares in Gränges. This is conditional to proper legislation coming in to force. The proposal will be presented in connection with the notice for the Annual General Meeting.
