Gränges appoints new CEO

Gränges appoints new CEO The Board of Directors of Gränges AB, an engineering company within high value-added applications based on aluminium and plastics, has appointed Mr. Staffan Bohman new President and Chief Executive Officer. Staffan Bohman is currently President and CEO of Alfa Laval Agri AB, one of three industry groups within the Tetra Laval Group. Alfa Laval Agri has consolidated sales of nearly 6 billion SEK, more than 4000 employees and operates in over 100 countries. Staffan Bohman has had several top executive positions within the Alfa Laval Group, including Vice President and Group Controller for the Alfa Laval Group between 1988 and 1991. Following the merger between Tetra Pak and Alfa Laval in 1991 he was appointed President and CEO of the Alfa Laval Agri Group. The Chairman of the Board, Leif Johansson, welcomes Staffan Bohman to Gränges. His solid skills from international engineering industry will be of great benefit to the Gränges Group. Staffan Bohman, born 1949, got his education at the Stockholm School of Economics and at Stanford, USA. Staffan Bohman will assume his new position during spring 1999.
