Options program for senior executives in Gränges

Options program for senior executives The Board of Directors of Gränges decided in 1997 to introduce an options program for senior executives of the Gränges Group. The program offers the possibility of an annual allotment of five-year options on existing shares. The allotment is based on the Group's return on shareholders' equity. The allotment for the fiscal year 1998 amounts to 65,650 five-year options with an exercise price of SEK 150. The options are issued at full market price of SEK 19. The allotment, which includes 18 senior executives of the Gränges Group, gives a cost to Gränges of MSEK 1,2, excluding social security costs. In addition to the allotted options, the senior executives have acquired another 139,550 options at the full market value of SEK 19. These options have the same conditions and the same time to maturity as the allotted options. The issuer of the options is Investment AB Öresund.
