Green Landscaping acquires Akershusgartneren AS

Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) has acquired Akershusgartneren AS, a company active in landscaping services in Oslo.
Akershusgartneren was founded in 2005 and has developed into a reputable company that provides a wide range of services connect to outdoor environments. The company has about 80 employees and sales of just over NOK 200 million with a good level of profitability.
- Akershusgartneren is the market leader in stone masonry and paving in the Oslo region and is recognized for its high level of expertise. A strong business focus, all the way from company management to professional workers is what distinguishes our most successful entrepreneurs, and Akershusgartneren is no exception. Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in Akershusgartneren with effect from 1 March. The acquisition is financed within existing credit facilities.
The previous owners of Akershusgartneren AS is now a part-owner in Green Landscaping Group AB.
