Green Landscaping completes the acquisition of EF Drift AS
Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) har idag slutfört det tidigare kommunicerade förvärvet av EF Drift AS i Oslo.
On 21 May, Green Landscaping Group communicated that Green Landscaping Group had entered into an agreement to acquire EF Drift AS. The transaction was completed today and Green Landscaping Group pays the purchase price in cash and by issuance of new shares to the seller.
In connection with completion of the transaction, Green Landscaping Group’s board of directors has resolved to carry out a new share issue by contribution in kind, using the authorization previously granted by Green Landscaping Group’s Annual General Meeting. The number of newly issued shares amounts to 748,801, which following the new share issue equals a dilution of 1.57 percent of the share capital and the votes in Green Landscaping Group. The number of shares in Green Landscaping Group is increased with 748,801 shares, to a total of 48,475,788 shares. The previous owners of EF Drift AS are now shareholders in Green Landscaping Group AB.

EF Drift AS was founded in 2012. Since the start the company has grown continuously and have today a turnover of approximately 140 mNOK and around 20 employees. The company provides services in excavation, stonework, fine planning, but mainly road and street maintenance.
