Green Landscaping further strengthens its position in Halland and Skåne through the acquisition of Mark & Trädgård Skottorp
Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) has signed an agreement to acquire Mark & Trädgård Skottorp AB on May 23rd , with main activities in ground maintenance and landscaping in Halland and Skåne.
Mark & Trädgård Skottorp provides ground maintenance services to customers such as public housing companies and municipalities.
Approximately 70% of the operations relate to ground maintenance and related services. In addition, the company conducts landscaping operations corresponding to approximately 30% of the revenue. The company has 52 employees and sales of approximately SEK 47.5 million during the fiscal year 2018.

Part of the purchase price will be reinvested in shares in Green Landscaping via a directed issue to the sellers. Green Landscaping acquires 100% of the shares in Mark & Trädgård Skottorp AB and closing is expected to take place no later than in the third quarter of 2019.
