Green Landscaping Group continues its establishment in Finland through the acquisition of the landscaping company Viherpojat Oy

Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) has acquired Viherpojat Oy with a turnover of approximately EUR 4 million. The acquisition is the second in Finland and another step on the way to establish a platform of entrepreneurial quality companies in Finland.

Viherpojat is a reputable company with a long history in the landscaping industry in the Helsinki area and delivers projects to construction companies, the public sector and housing companies. The company has sales of approximately EUR 4 million and 25 employees.

- We are pleased that Viherpojat joins the group and is now taking yet another step to consolidate the Nordic outdoor environment industry. Our subsidiary Viher-Pirkka with Tapio Sundholm and Tomi Koivisto has been instrumental in being able to link this well-managed company to the group, says Johan Nordström, CEO, Green Landscaping Group.

Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in Viherpojat Oy with immediate access. The acquisition is financed within existing credit facilities and through a non-cash issue of own shares. The Board has therefore, within the scope of the authorization from the Annual General Meeting on 14 May 2021, decided on the issue of 74,918 shares in Green Landscaping Group, aimed at the sellers of Viherpojat Oy. This corresponds to a dilution of 0.1% of the share capital and votes in the Green Landscaping Group. The total number of shares in Green Landscaping Group after the issue will be 52 658 037 shares.

The previous owner of Viherpojat Oy is now shareholder in Green Landscaping Group AB (publ).
