Green Landscaping Group is increasing its presence in Skåne and Halland through the acquisition of Hallandsåsens Utemiljö

Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) has today acquired Hallandsåsens Utemiljö AB, a leading company in the management and fine planning of outdoor environments in northern Skåne and Halland.
Hallandsåsens Utemiljö was founded in 2008 and is a family company that constructs and manages outdoor environments. The company also delivers plants. Today, sales amount to approximately SEK 30 million with good profitability and 18 employees. The company is based in Laholm, but the customers are located in northern Skåne and Halland. Oscar Åhslund, CEO, is the fourth generation in the family to manage a business in the outdoor environment industry.
- We have during some time had a dialogue with Hallandsåsens Utemiljö and are now looking forward to welcoming them to the group. The company has deep roots in southern Halland and Skåne and complements our offer in the area in a very good way. Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in Hallandsåsens Utemiljö with access today, 15 February. The acquisition is financed with own funds.
The previous owner of Hallandsåsens Utemiljö will become a shareholder in Green Landscaping Group AB.
