Green Landscaping strengthens its position in Oslo through the acquisition of EF Drift AS
Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) has signed an agreement to acquire EF Drift AS with a revenue of approximately 140 mNOK.
EF Drift was founded in 2012 and has developed into a successful company with main focus within street and road maintenance. The company employs about 20 people and operates around Oslo.

Green Landscaping Group intends to acquire 100 percent of the shares in EF Drift in the near future and the sellers will then become owners in Green Landscaping Group.
