Stockholm, 14 November 2025 | In accordance with previously entered option agreements, GreenMerc's founders and principal owners, Ari Liukko and Steffan Sondermark, have completed minor sales of shares in GreenMerc AB (publ).

Ari Liukko and Steffan Sondermark have each sold 154,160 B shares. The transactions have been made to members of GreenMerc's advisory board as part of the company's long-term incentive structure. The aim is to further strengthen their commitment and ownership in the company, in line with GreenMerc's strategy to connect key employees to the company's continued development.

The divestments do not affect the company's capital structure, and the founders remain significant owners of GreenMerc AB (publ).
