The Extra General Meeting of Gripen Oil & Gas AB (publ) took place on the 8th of April 2016 in Stockholm. 2 shareholders representing a total of 17.5% were represented on the general meeting. Below follows the decision made by the meeting.

Decision on delisting

The meeting passed the proposal to delist the company’s shares from AktieTorget. Last day of trading the Gripen Oil & Gas’ share on AktieTorget is set to 15th of April 2016.
