Gripen Oil & Gas AB (publ) to delist from AktieTorget

The Board of Gripen Oil & Gas AB (publ) has agreed to delist the Company from the AktieTorget exchange subject to approval at the forthcoming EGM. An Extra General Meeting to decide on a proposal to delist will be summoned shortly.

The Board has taken this decision reluctantly. Despite finding new business opportunities AktieTorget will not allow us to conduct business outside Sweden. For Gripen Oil & Gas to flourish in the current difficult environment we need to search for exploration and production opportunities outside Sweden which makes delisting the only option.

The company plans to delist and search for new opportunities and then consider listing on an alternative and more flexible stock exchange.
