Guardian Freedom Plan Maximizes Member Choice While Minimizing Employer Cost
NEW YORK, May 16, 2011 –– The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian), one of the largest mutual life insurers and a leading provider of employee benefits, today announced Guardian FreedomSM, a new lower cost dental option that allows employers to increase benefits for covered employees while actively managing plan costs.
The Guardian Freedom Plan gives members a choice of networks with access to providers in Guardian’s premier PPO network, DentalGuard Preferred, or in Guardian’s DentalGuard Alliance PPO, which offers even greater claims savings through a select pool of dentists. Members can also choose to see a dentist outside of the two PPO networks.
